Ordering and Payments

When you place an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed, including taxes and delivery fees. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We are not responsible for issues arising from payment processing errors beyond our control.

Order Accuracy

Please verify your order details, including items, quantities, and delivery address, before confirming. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

Delivery and Pickup

We offer delivery within designated areas in Mumbai and in-store pickup at our location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand. You agree to provide a valid delivery address and be available to receive your order.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we may charge additional fees for redelivery or cancel the order without refund.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placement by contacting us at +91 74 38 43 75 21. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed, as preparation may have begun. Refunds are issued at our discretion for issues such as incorrect or damaged orders.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

Big Cheese Pizza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to food quality issues or delivery delays. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

We strive to ensure food safety, but we are not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from dietary preferences not communicated to us.
